The site and torrents is slow.

Hi, for the past two weeks the site is painfully slow.
Sometimes the site fails to open the torrent.
Before I unloaded fast (up to 1 MB), now goes beyond the 40kb/s. It's not my line because other sites is fast.
Why?

i have no reports about maintenance in your area, could be your ISP or maybe a firewall or something of that sort.
