We used adbrite for a while and they work great they even pay on time!
I dont remember if they still take adult stuff but they have a specialized part for adult ads blacklabelads.com

Well it depends what kind of website you have. My best advice is to get ads which are much more closer to your niche. For example don't get ads for a boob job when you're running a traveling agency website (well you could but that's just not appropriate :P ) If its a gay porno site, then you could sign up with those adult paysites as an affiliate. Or is this one of them 'rogue sites'? lolz
